I highly recommend EM Energy & Air!! We had them remove and replace our attic insulation, clean and sanitize our attic and install new insulation and a heat shield in our home. The crew was awesome. They laid down plastic for the pathway, and around the entire area where work was to be performed. It took about 5 hours and they were non-stop working to completion. We got a few quotes and were well worth our cost. Can’t say enough good things about the entire process, from initial meeting, quote to work completed!!

I called up these folks initially to get an estimate to clean out my attic. They provided me the best bid I received in terms of details and price. After a candid conversation with Eilon, I decided to have EM energy and air also install new insulation and seal off my attic. The crew were very thorough in sealing off all the possible rodent entry points and did a great job with the cleaning. And the insulation came just in time for the heat wave. It made a 10 degree difference in the inside temperature of my home. Great experience, would highly recommend them.

Quote process: They got me a fair quote same-day by just from sending them info over text (while other companies took weeks) and the price was fair. Change orders: I decided later I want two units, and again it was a smooth process. Also later there was an equipment change – and it made it convenient for me. Job Day: 4 guys arrived as agreed and get it done same day. I talked to most of them and all were polite, nice and upbeat. They let me inspect the work closely, made sure I am happy and give me tips on next steps. TLDR; Would hire them again and I am happy to recommend to my neighbors!
