We look for common signs like soot marks near light fixtures (a clue that air is escaping), shredded insulation from rodents, or dark spots that could signal mold. How We Assess Ventilation and Seal Weak Points
Before new insulation goes in, the attic needs to be sealed. That means identifying places where air passes between the attic and the rooms below.
